Color Swatches

Our color swathes representing both item colors and imprint colors are not meant to be exact. Due to the differences in screen resolution and other factors, these colors are meant to be as close to the color as possible, but not guaranteed to be exact. Claims, Adjustments and Returns

In order to best serve our customer base, we require that any problems with service or products be reported to our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt. We do not accept unauthorized returns and require your order number be provided with all returns.

Upon receipt of your merchandise we advise that you review the product for both the proper quantity and quality. You may reach our Customer Service Department at 800-728-7192. Due to the nature of personalized items we will not issue a refund past 30 days of the original sell.

Warranties LogoSurfing.com provides warranty on all goods and services equal to that of the original supplier. We state that all goods are sold free of any security interest and will make available to our customer all transferable and applicable warranties. LogoSurfing.com makes no other express or implied warranties. We do not specifically imply warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Logosurfing.com will make every effort to modify and or cancel your order upon your request. If your order has not reached the production phase, there will be no additional charges. For changes to an order, we reserve the right to modify any quote and or charges. We may refund overcharges or work with you on any additional charges for these changes.

If your order has reached the pre-production phase some charges may apply, these are charges passed from the manufacturer directly to the customer. We will make every attempt to ensure there are no charges.

If an item has begun the production phase, due to the nature or personalization of the items, we will not be able to cancel your order. We are able to prevent delivery, hold an order or redirect the delivery.

Shipping

All shipping will be done with UPS, unless prior arrangements are made. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

Split Shipments may be subject to additional charges, but is a service we offer.

International Orders

LogoSurfing.com has the ability to fulfill International orders. Each country may have unique customs laws. These special requirements may delay or increase our standard delivery time.

Over/Under Runs 

LogoSurfing makes every effort possible to minimize any and all over and under run issues. Due to the nature of certain printing techniques, some items may fall within the industry standard of +- 5%. Please contact us with any questions regarding our refund policy for orders shipped with under runs. 

What is LogoSurfing's Standard Production Time?

On average all goods are delivered within 7-14 business days depending on the item and the delivery location. We have many items that can be delivered faster, for details call 800-792-7192.For those who order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.

Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. On orders where you have requested Samples and Pre-Production Proofs, the production timing begins when we receive your approval. All times reflect business days.

What format should I submit my Art?

Art is uploaded in the last step of checkout. Acceptable formats include Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw.

Payment Options

Our primary method of receiving payment is via Credit Card (Visa, American Express, Master Card or Discovery).

We also are able to process personal and corporate Checks and Cash in advance, these methods may delay delivery and production.

We also offer Purchase Order & Lines of Credit options for those entities that qualify, for questions call 800-792-7192. Terms vary with account, but all orders past due may be subject to fees up to 20% for each 30 days past due.

Upon submitting a design or Logo to LogoSurfing.com, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.You also warrant and represent that no part of the design: (a) violates or infringes upon any common law or statutory right of any person or entity, including, but not limited to, rights relating to copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, moral rights or rights of public performance; (b) is the subject of any notice of such infringement you have received; or (c) is subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent LogoSurfing.com from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.
